Last weekend I was invited as a media expert to play the role of an editor in a two-day live simulation of the new GP commissioning arrangements by the Royal College of General Practitioners. The top-players of the GP world were there as part of a post-graduate learning programme, run by Exeter University, to suss out the potential pitfalls and key areas for development ahead of going live with commissioning reforms.
