Journalista is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for two of the very prestigious PRCA Awards! Our team has been nominated for the Not For Profit and Evaluation awards, both for our work with the conflict resolution and interfaith charity Faith Matters.
In our third year of business, it’s great to see the Journalista brand sitting alongside others such as Oxfam, the British Library and Action for Children in the shortlist for the Not For Profit Award. We also feel very proud to be on the Evaluation Award shortlist alongside PR heavy weights Webber Shandwick.
New to the PRCA Awards this year, the Evaluation Award, looks beyond the standard industry PR measurements to assess how the campaign makes a ‘significant contribution to the organisation’ and how it measures the outcomes to ‘demonstrate an improvement in customer satisfaction, brand awareness or reputation, an uplift in sales, participation in a campaign or enquiries about a product or service.’
Our shortlisted award entry for our Faith Matters campaign detailed the 45 percent increase that we secured for international enquiries; showed how we broadened audience’s perception of the organisation to include all religions; and most importantly in the words of Faith Matters CEO, Fiyaz Mughal, ‘..supported the trust that communities have built with us’.
Speaking about today’s shortlisting, Journalista’s Senior Account Executive who has worked on the account since he started in July 2010, Oscar Holland, said: “Faith Matters is a truly inspiring organisation and it’s been a pleasure working on this account over the past year.
“We’ve helped publicise some fascinating research and community projects, and it’s great that they have received the recognition they deserve.
“As a relatively young business we’re clearly thrilled to be recognised by the PRCA and to be included on such an illustrious shortlist.”
